About the Event

Part of the Future of Work Institute (FOWI) Academy Series

The presentation aims to present the building blocks of a recent research program. Following a first career in the I/O psychology consulting industry, Dr. Grenier launched a new career in academia in 2017. Hired as the first professor in the new PsyD. Program at University of Montreal and building on his previous applied expertise, he developed a research program using Self-determination theory to study both work teams and (future) leaders’ development.

For his presentation, he is inviting you to discuss research ideas.
